Considering the history of the property and its strategic position, the original features of the building have been preserved and highlighted in the interior design proposal. The openings in the three spaces suggest an interesting relationship with the city because they allow to have an entrance from different fronts, making it permeable to streams becoming a kind of continuation of the public space. The project proposal provides for a counter positioned in the middle of the space, suggesting a strong interaction between people and giving a perception of the larger space.
