This project regards a flat in a new constructed building in the milan city center. The building is designed with a metallic structural grid that is stopped up on the inside with light plasterboard walls. This skin becomes the main theme for the plan of the flat, where the drywalls encase the solid volumes that are ideally excavated to free the inner spaces. the project focus on the spatial pursuit of the intimacy of a domestic life in the city. The main spaces of the dwelling are arranged along a transversal axis in order to connect the two lodges. Here the ceilings are at full height, while in the service spaces are lower and assume different shapes.
