The proposal arises from the will to relate the elements in the square. The project looks like a large base that embraces the tower and operates as a hinge between the different sections of the area. The podium allows to walk from one side to another, leaving free the flows between the possible activities located at the lower floor of the Basilica and the opposite side. The new intervention is supposed to be a possible entrance to Basilica Palladiana, or it can be a stage for concerts and performances, where the tower acts as a background. Its simplicity helps and acts as a support to the spectacularization of the context and the possibilities of use.
